Tipos de apego y esquemas cognitivos prototípicos en mujeres adolescentes de la ciudad de Bucaramanga (Colombia) / Types of attachment and prototype cognitive schemes in Female Adolescents in the city of Bucaramanga (Colombia)

Resumen

El presente estudio de casos y controles tuvo como objetivo establecer si se presenta una identificación con esquemas cognitivos prototípicos de acuerdo con los tipos de apego hallados en 250 mujeres adolescentes de los estratos 1 a 4 y educación secundaria, realizada en la ciudad de Bucaramanga (Colombia). Se administraron los instrumentos Adult Attachment Scale de Collins and Read (1990) y el Young Schema Questionnaire YSQ-L2 (Young, 1994) versión validada para Colombia por Castillón et. al (2005) en grupos. Los datos se analizaron con la prueba ji cuadrado en el programa SPSS versión 13.0, el cual arrojó, en la bina de apego ansioso-evitativo un X2 = 6,1905 con p< 0.99 y gl=13 superior al X2 =4,107 esperado; en la bina de apego ansioso-seguro un X2 = 5,4357 con p< 0.99 y gl=14 superior al X2 =4,660 esperado, y en la bina de apego Evitativo-seguro un X2 = 3,5679 con p< 0.99 y gl=10 superior al X2 =2,558 esperado; lo cual confirma la existencia de esquemas cognitivos prototípicos para cada tipo de bina de apego en las adolescentes examinadas. Se concluye así la identificación de agrupaciones de esquemas prototípicos cognitivos según las tipologías de apego en las adolescentes estudiadas.

Abstract: The present cases and controls survey had as objective to establish the identification with a prototypical cognitive schema according the type of attachment into a group of 250 female adolescents of the economical strata 1 to 4 and high school studies completed in the city of Bucaramanga (Colombia). The instruments administered were Collins and Read’s Adult Attachment Scale (1990) and the Young Schema Questionnaire YSQ-L2 (Young,1994) version validated for Colombia by Castillón et al. (2005). Data were analyzed with the Chi square in the SPSS program, version 13.0, which showed in the anxious-avoiding attachment binary, a X2 = 6,1905 with p< 0.99 and fg=13 higher to X2 =4,107 expected; in the anxious-safe attachment binary, a X2 = 5,4357 with p< 0.99 y fg=14 higher to X2 =4,660 expected and in the avoidingsafe attachment binary, a X2 = 3,5679 with p< 0.99 and fg=10 higher to X2 =2,558 expected; all of those confirming the hypothesis of the existence of an identification with a prototypical cognitive schema and the sort of attachment adolescents showed. The conclusion is that there are a group of schema according the sort of attachment in the adolescent sample studied.
