Abstract
Introduction: This work aimed to construct a scale of
Organizational Justice. Method: 2770 participants, 30% (831) women and 70% (1939) men, with a mean age of 38. All workers from diverse companies in the southeast of Mexico. The pertinent statistical studies were carried out. Results: The factorial analysis configured three factors that explain 66.16% of the total variance. The internal consistency of the scale was α=0.97. The three factors found are Work Team Management (25.97%); Responsibility and commitment to the work team (24.52%), and Respect for the members of the work team (15.66%). Conclusion: It is concluded that there is a reliable questionnaire and a clear structure of new dimensions. The results were discussed regarding the quantity and quality of the justice dimensions.
